Possessive Adjective คือ adj. ที่แสดงความเป็นเจ้าของมีหน้าที่ขยายคำนาม
ตามหลังด้วย คำนาม เสมอ !!
มีคำว่า my , your , our , their , his , her , its
ในตารางนี้เราจะสนใจเฉพาะ ช่องที่ 3 และ ช่องที่ 4
คือ ช่องของ Possessive Adjective และ Possessive Pronoun
ซึ่ง Possessive Pronoun เราจะอธิบายอีกทีในส่วนของ Pronoun
Possessive Adjective นั้น ต้องตามหลังด้วย noun เสมอ !!
ex. This is my box. = นี่คือกล่องของฉัน
That is your dog. = นั่นคือหมาของคุณ
ในอีกกรณีนึง ถ้าจะบอกว่า กล่องเป็นของฉัน เราจะใช้ช่อง Possessive Pronoun แทน
ex. This box is mine. = กล่องใบนี้เป็นของฉัน
That dog is yours. = หมาตัวนั้นเป็นของคุณ
